Work Orchestration
Flyst
Techyst shaped Flyst as a focused operating system where teams can connect priorities, execution, context, and delivery signals without fragmenting work across separate tools. Open Flyst ↗

Overview
The
gist
Flyst brings initiatives, projects, cycles, work items, pages, and analytics into one connected workspace. It gives leaders a portfolio view while keeping delivery teams close to the work and decisions that move each project forward.
Problem → fix
Why we
built it
We kept hitting the same annoying problem, so we built the thing we wanted to use.
The product problem
Teams often plan strategy in one tool, execute work in another, and report progress manually. That fragmentation makes ownership unclear, hides delivery risk, and separates project context from day-to-day execution.
What the experience needed
Flyst was organized around one shared delivery model: direction becomes projects, projects become structured work, and progress remains visible through cycles, saved views, and live analytics.
