About

Techyst is a small, slightly obsessive crew of engineers from Lahore. We build AI agents, automations and full-blown products for people who'd rather see working software than another slide deck. You talk to the folks who build it, we ship every week, and we stick around after launch.

Work

Stuff we've
shipped

A few favourites. Some for clients, some we built for ourselves because we couldn't find anything good enough.

There's a lot more where that came from.

What we
do

Four things, done properly. Pick one, or tell us the problem and we'll figure out which one you need.

/001/

AI that actually does things

Agents, copilots, doc brains and search over your own data. We start from one real workflow and make it work properly, not a chatbot glued onto your homepage.

Automations for the boring bits

Lead routing, CRM updates, reports, approvals. If someone on your team copy-pastes it every Monday, we can probably delete that job from their week.

Whole products, idea to launch

Web, mobile, desktop, billing, admin panels, the lot. We trim the MVP down to what matters, ship it, then keep building once real users show up.

Cloud that lets you sleep

Deploys, monitoring, CI/CD, migrations and cost clean-up. We fix the scary parts first and only rebuild what really needs rebuilding.

Let's talk

Process

How it
goes

No six-month “discovery phase.” Here's roughly what happens once you say hi.

A proper chat about what's slowing you down. We map how the work happens today and agree on what 'done' looks like.

The people on your call are the people writing your code. Zeshan, Hassan, Wahaj and the crew.

Weekly demos

You see working software every week, not just status report about it.

No surprise line items. Ever.

FAQs

Ask us
anything

The stuff people usually ask on the first call. Didn't find yours? Just ask ↗

Depends on the thing. We always start with a small, clearly priced first build, so you're never betting the whole budget on a guess. Bigger stuff comes after you've seen it work.

You'll usually see something clickable within a couple of weeks. A focused first version tends to land in about two months.

Nope. AI is a big part of what we do, but we build full products too: web, mobile, dashboards, backends, cloud. And we'll tell you when you don't need AI.

Yes. We'll read what's there, fix the risky bits first and only rebuild what really needs it.
